• The Director of Educational Outcomes Assessment will design a comprehensive program of student assessments, design and develop a system for program evaluation that will support continuous curriculum improvement, and support faculty in the development of new student assessment strategies.
• The Director will collaborate with the educational deans, and faculty to assess learning outcomes, analyze data, and report results.
• This individual will promote a culture of evidence-based assessment across UNLV School of Medicine and provide faculty development on current assessment practices.
• The Director will guide the development of assessment strategies and program evaluation for curricular elements and core competencies for all degree programs at UNLV School of Medicine.
• As a faculty member, this individual will collaborate with UNLV School of Medicine faculty in scholarly publications on educational approaches, outcomes, and assessments.

• This position requires a Doctorate degree in measurement, statistics, evaluation or related field from a regionally accredited college or university and 5 years of experience.
