You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategic architect for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing everything from playbook development and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

• Developing and training a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Designing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, methods for creating engaging learning activities, and approaches for overcoming obstacles
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on training them to become outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that benchmark
• Conducting dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning

Develop and train a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
