* Bachelor’s degree in MIS or other analysis-based concentration from a regionally accredited college/university;

* * equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 2 years’ experience in a related professional role.
* Proficiency in use of a personal computer and current software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Knowledge of the Oracle People Soft Application (CRM).
* Experience developing and producing queries in People Soft.
* Skill in collecting, extracting, and manipulating raw data for reporting/presentation purposes.
* Skill in using a variety of statistical and database management tools.
* Familiarity with the operation of a public institution of higher education.
* Knowledge of SQL and Excel.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
* Knowledge and understanding of best practices related to student success nationally.
* Skill in organization benchmarking and development of organization metrics.
* Ability to independently plan and organize activities.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, express ideas both verbally and in writing including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, students, and the public.
* Ability to analyze problems and users’ needs, convert technical concepts to non-technical language, and meet deadlines.
