Overview

The Bounce Big Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development, focusing on children aged 3-8 in underserved communities. The foundation works to inspire young athletes by teaching tennis fundamentals, fostering social and emotional growth, and encouraging a love for reading. It aims to provide an enriching and supportive environment for young learners.

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Tennis Coach, based in Las Vegas, NV.
• Coach and mentor young athletes aged 3-8, focusing on enhancing tennis skills and promoting social and emotional development.
• Organize and conduct tennis training sessions, create engaging lesson plans, and foster positive relationships with athletes and their families.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

• Proficiency in Tennis Instruction and strong understanding of tennis techniques
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with young athletes and their families
• Experience in Training and fostering the development of athletes
• Passion for youth development and commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment
• Prior experience working with children, especially in a coaching or teaching capacity, is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
