This position is located onsite in one of the following cities:
Atlanta, GA;
Las Vegas, NV;
Nashville, TN;
Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. Compensation is $150,000 annually, distributed weekly. Comprehensive health benefits begin on day one, with HSA/FSA options and 401(k) Roth available. Relocation assistance is provided.

This role provides the autonomy and resources necessary to elevate our advanced learning methodology. Grounded in learning science and enhanced by adaptive technology, we are expanding the boundaries of what education can achieve. Your expertise is essential to realizing this vision.

• Serve as the strategist, the coach, and the driving force behind our Guides – the frontline facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct.
• Lead the development of operational playbooks and feedback systems; demonstrate exemplary facilitation techniques.
• Train and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world-class excellence.
• Build Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing meaningful learning activities, and addressing challenges.
• Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that increases student engagement and achievement.
• Directly coach a small group of students, demonstrating expert motivation and coaching techniques.

• Creating lesson plans – Guides support students’ learning via adaptive applications; your role is to train them to become outstanding facilitators.
• Compromising standards – if our passing threshold is 100%, uphold that expectation.
• Conducting dull training sessions – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energizing, hands-on professional development.

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with world-class excellence.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities with experience building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Experience working with youth between the ages of 5 and 18 in an educational or developmental setting.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
