Part - Time Instructor, Theater - FY 2026 Job Description

Instructor will teach courses in subject matter pertaining to Theatre and Dance collaboration with a focus on devised performance. Teaching includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Teaching assignments will be courses that are listed within the Theatre Program that will count either towards an AA with Theatre Emphasis or General Education requirements.
• Assigned courses, days, times and/or locations may vary from semester to semester.
• Assignments may be any combination of classroom and online modes.
• Assignments may be any combination of morning, afternoon and evening hours.
• Assignments may be any combination of courses for which the instructor is qualified.

Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university or commensurate professional experience.

One year experience teaching preferred but not required.

$925 per credit for lecture per semester. Credits will vary by semester.

LAB/Clinicals $46.25 if applicable.
