Key Responsibilities
  • Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
  • Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
  • Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support center’s success.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • Meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
  • Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi‑weekly and daily pay options.
  • Lead Teacher: $14.30-$14.86.
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full‑time employees; limited medical for part‑time workers.
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, and childcare discount available to all employees.
  • Monday through Friday work week.
