General Surgical Pathologist with GI expertise – Las Vegas, NV
Quest Diagnostics is currently seeking an AP/CP board-certified pathologist with GI expertise to join our collegial practice in Las Vegas, NV.
This key position will be seated at the main lab, with some rotating to hospital sites, and will work with a mix of hospital and outpatient pathology cases that include GI, Breast, GYN, GU and other routine pathology cases. The case mix includes biopsies, resections, and frozen sections.
Responsibilities
- Pathologists with 1 to 3 years of experience preferred
- Strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations
- Ability to communicate with high level decision makers in the organization
Qualifications
- Medical Degree required
- Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
- GI pathology fellowship from an accredited program desired
- Current valid unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Nevada or eligible to obtain licensure
