Job Summary:

ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Qualified Candidates:

• Acute care NP certification or PA License
• ICU Experience preferred, not required
• APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, Chest tubes, bronchs, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation
• Ability to work Full Time, 13-15 shifts per month
• Mix of Days and Nights
• 12-hour shifts covering a medical/surgical ICU
• 1 MD and 1 APP (7am to 7pm);1 APP with MD on call for support (7 pm to 7 am)
• Ability to work autonomously at night with MD on call
• Opportunity to also cover at sister facility, Mtn View, if needed
