The Las Vegas office is growing, and they are seeking talented design professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment with opportunities to work on impactful, large-scale architectural projects.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Architect / Project Manager to join their Las Vegas team. While there is a strong preference for candidates with hospitality, hotel, resort, or gaming experience
, the firm remains open to any strong applicant with excellent design sensitivity, technical capability, and leadership potential.

This individual will play a key role in guiding project teams from concept through construction, supporting design development, coordinating with consultants, and upholding the firm's commitment to quality and innovation.

• Lead or support projects through all design and construction phases
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Assist in developing design concepts aligned with project goals, schedule, and budget
• Produce and oversee high-quality architectural drawings, details, presentations, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
• Manage schedules, tasks, and deliverables when serving in a leadership role
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, creative, and inclusive studio culture

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 4-15+ years of professional architectural experience (mid-level and senior roles available)
• Strong preference for hospitality, hotel, resort, or gaming project experience
• Open to all candidates with strong technical, design, or project management skills
• Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Enscape, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination abilities
• Architectural licensure preferred but not required (depending on experience level)
