Senior Project Manager - Architecture – High-End Custom Residential
Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Aspire Design Studio is a boutique design firm specializing in high-end, custom residential architecture and interiors. Our work is detail-driven, collaborative, and design-forward, serving discerning clients who value craftsmanship, thoughtful space planning, and refined aesthetics.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Architect to join our growing team and play a key role in the design, execution, and leadership of luxury residential projects from concept through construction.
What You’ll Do- Lead and contribute to the design, documentation, and development of custom luxury residential projects
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, details, and construction documents
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, consultants, and clients to ensure a cohesive design vision
- Participate in design presentations, client meetings, and revisions
- Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) as needed
- Support permitting and construction administration as projects progress
- Mentor and manage aspiring architects, providing guidance on project work, professional development, and best practices
- Review and sign off on architectural experience hours in accordance with licensure requirements
- Maintain Aspire’s standards for design excellence, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 3–8+ years of professional experience, preferably in custom residential or high-end residential architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (Sketch Up and rendering experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and building codes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, small-studio environment
- Licensed Architect (or eligible for licensure) preferred due to mentorship and hour sign-off responsibilities
- Work on bespoke, design-driven residential projects
