• Spot issues before they become RFIs or redlines.
• Communicate clearly with PMs, consultants, and internal teams.
• Make informed decisions and take initiatives.
• Help improve how we document, coordinate, and deliver work.

• Produce and coordinate high-quality Construction Documents in Revit.
• Think critically, not just draft — identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants.
• Use technology intelligently, including AI tools, to work smarter.
• Set goals and actively work toward your next career step.

• 2-5 years of real architectural experience working on US projects (not internships).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS365, Revit, Artificial Intelligence (AI) software.
• Experience with mid-rise wood construction.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools (you don’t need to be an expert).
• Clear, professional, and collaborative communicator – internal and externally
