Comprehensive Private Practice Opportunity – Las Vegas, NV (Client Confidential | No Corporate, No PE — 100% Dentist-Owned)

We are a locally owned, multi-location private dental group in Las Vegas that is actively expanding and seeking three (3) Full-Time General Dentists to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to practice true comprehensive dentistry with autonomy, advanced technology, and strong internal specialty support — without corporate pressure or PE oversight.

• CBCT available at every location

• Strong encouragement to practice restorative, endodontics, surgery, implantology, cosmetics, and facial esthetics

• Freedom to refer only the most complex cases (e.g., calcified canals, challenging molar endo, complex surgical cases)

• OMFS support available for medically compromised and complex surgical cases

• Dedicated Pediatric and Orthodontic referral locations within the group

• Traveling Orthodontic programs supporting bracket ortho across multiple offices

• Fully digital workflows designed for efficiency and patient comfort

• All-on-X, over dentures, implants, and advanced restorative care are not only supported — they’re encouraged

• Practices are equipped to support doctors who want to grow clinically and professionally

• No production quotas. No PE oversight. No micromanagement

• Collaborative culture with experienced clinicians who value mentorship and long-term success

• Established patient base with consistent demand across multiple Las Vegas locations (combo coverage)

• 1099 Independent Contractor structure

• Full-time schedule: 4 days per week (4×10s)

• Highly competitive compensation

• Signing bonus structure under review and may be available

• DDS/DMD with an active (or pending) Nevada dental license

• Solid foundation in restorative dentistry

• Interest in expanding skills in implants, endo, esthetics, and surgery

• Patient-centered, team-oriented, and motivated to practice comprehensively
