Silver State Smiles is seeking a confident, experienced Office Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and foster a positive, high-performance culture. This is a full-time leadership role for someone passionate about mentorship, accountability, and patient experience.

• Flexible hours, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

• Dental management experience a must!
• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
• Previous sales experience and Dentrix or Carestack software knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures.
