• Strong proficiency in English (A1 to B1 level), both written and spoken
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within travel, tourism, or a related field
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and proficiently multitask
• Globally-inclined experience preferred
• Prior experience using GDS booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus
