  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist members.
  • Identify and elevate issues requiring further attention to the appropriate departments.
  • Participate in member outreach activities to gather feedback and foster positive relationships.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or member support role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and database management.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous in all member interactions.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when necessary.
