Job Description
The Guest Service Representative is responsible for all duties surrounding the Front Desk.
- Checking in/out guests
- Monitoring front desk phone center
- Revising in-house reservations
- Cashiering functions
- Resolving guest issues within limits of authority
- Coordinating guest wishes with concierge
- Adhering to Wynn Standards/Core Vales and all policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of customer service experience
- Minimum of one year front desk experience or equivalent position
