Golden Nugget - 129 Fremont St. [Front Desk Agent / Concierge] As a 24K Club Ambassador at Golden Nugget, you'll:
Meet and greet customers, explain club benefits and enroll new members, and take reservations (in person or over the telephone) for rooms, event shows, meals, etc;
Receive, count and redeem tickets for customers and issue appropriate script for same;
Correspond with customers regarding inquiries and complaints;
Establish a rapport with new customers;
Walk the casino floor promoting and signing up new members of the 24KT Club;
Greet slot customers at check-in/check-out, airport or any event.
