**** THE JOB**:

As a Gallery of Fine Art Representative at Bellagio, you’ll be the welcoming face of one of the resort’s most iconic attractions.  You’ll assist guests with ticket and membership sales, will-call, and retail services while sharing your knowledge of the gallery’s exhibitions and Bellagio’s rich art experience.  From cash handling to service recovery, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects Bellagio’s signature sophistication and attention to detail.  

Whether guiding guests through a gallery visit or helping them find the perfect keepsake, you’ll help create moments of inspiration and excellence that define the Bellagio experience!
** THE STARTING PAY RATE:**  $15.00 / Per Hour
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Engage guests with informative and professional tours of the current exhibition, including conducting tours for school groups
* Assist guests and third-party wholesalers with ticket and membership sales, will-call tickets, and phone sales while efficiently operating the ticketing system for all transactions
* Provide support for gift shop merchandise and accurately handle transactions through the retail system
* Support efforts to achieve membership and revenue goals
* Collect guest information for the gallery’s mailing list
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or GED
* Six (6) months of previous Guest Services and Cash Handling experience preferred
* Comfortable with public speaking and previous experience working in a museum, art gallery or exhibit a plus
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
