**** THE JOB:
** As an Arena Ticketing Representative, you’ll help guests get access to the best shows, events, exhibits, and attractions across all our incredible venues. From big arenas to intimate experiences, you'll be a key part of creating memorable  this dynamic role, you’ll provide friendly, polished service while selling tickets, assisting with guest questions, and keeping the energy high at rotating locations throughout our properties.

** THE STARTING RATE:**  $17.00 / Per Hour    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Sell tickets and event products while delivering prompt, professional guest service
* Provide venue and event info; assist with guest issues or escalate as needed
* Handle cash/credit transactions in compliance with policies and federal guidelines
* Support event operations, ticket verification, mobile app help, and VIP services
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Prior Box Office, Theater and Ticketing System experience preferred
* Detail oriented, takes initiative, flexible and able to multi-task
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
