Description SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL) - VEGAS

Must be in the Southern NV area and have a reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday, Wednesday‑Saturday 1:30pm‑10:00pm PST, or Tuesday‑Saturday 1:30pm‑10:00pm PST.

COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $21 - $25 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Fields incoming calls, phone credit applications, electronic credit applications and various types of paperwork for loan processing.

Verifies the customer’s identity and ensures their overall satisfaction and knowledge of financing terms and process.

Communicates and addresses client’s inquiries regarding various account questions and issues.

Provides technical and application support to clients and customers.

Reviews contract details with clients and customers by phone.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have, but not Required! (We’ll train you!):

  • Previous call center experience.

  • Office Address: 9911 Covington Cross Dr., Suite 190, Las Vegas, NV 89144
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday, Wednesday‑Saturday 1:30pm‑10:00pm PST, or Tuesday‑Saturday 1:30pm‑10:00pm PST.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Starting Pay: $21 - $25 per hour.

  • Bilingual Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for Spanish Fluency
