This is a full-time, in-person position located at our Las Vegas office - 1840 Stella Lake Street, Las Vegas, NV 89106.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4PM / Dispatch Rotation - After hours and weekends. Pay Range: $18.00-$25.00 Full time.

Hi-Tech Commercial Service is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.

• Establish courteous and professional relationships with all customers, vendors, manufacturers and co-workers.
• Demonstrate the ability to dispatch calls in an organized customer centered approach.
• Manages all calls and updates with our service partners and clients. Updates all actions regarding managed service calls routinely throughout the shift.
• Maintain up-to-date records of parts and job status on dispatch boards.
• Follows all company credit procedures for billing and COD calls.
• Follows all manufacturer authorization procedures prior to work being done.

• To successfully perform this job an individual must be able to perform each essential job functions and other assigned duties that may be assigned in the course of work and business.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of dispatch systems or logistics.
• Demonstrates the ability to work as a team.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fast data entry.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong active listening and communication skills.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
