This job will be located in our Las Vegas, NV office and will be in‑person. Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).

Job Responsibilities
- Performs outbound calling to support customer engagement, follow‑ups, and proactive communication.
- Works closely with the Director of Sales and Customer Service to communicate the reality of the customer experience at Unicity.
- Learns the processes and daily actions of customer service reps and Unicity Distributors, and asks “How could this be done better?”
- Detailed in information gathering and note taking from interactions with the field.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Participates in local training and development events.
- Serves customers by answering their questions and resolving their problems.
- Serves the business by helping track down the root cause of customer problems and engaging with higher management of various departments for a solution.
- Conducts specialized investigations into various problem areas or opportunities by connecting directly with the relevant demographic.
- Sales and marketing to current customers
- Prior experience in a sales and/or marketing capacity is highly desirable.
- Must be comfortable and proficient in professional customer engagement and interaction.
- Qualified applicants will undergo a preliminary phone screening.
- Successful candidates will proceed to an in‑person interview with the Customer Service Manager.
- The final stage involves an interview with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
