• Managing reservations and bookings across hospitality, travel, or service industries
• Using systems like Opera, Amadeus, Sabre, Salesforce, or custom CRMs
• Handling inbound and outbound customer communications
• Resolving booking issues and ensuring accurate data entry
• Supporting revenue optimization through upselling and availability management

• Experience executing reservations or providing customer service
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in reservation systems and CRMs
