Travel Support Specialist – Las Vegas or NYC

As an expert in the travel market you will use your knowledge, experience, and know‑how to deliver best‑in‑class service specifically to Travel, working to achieve the goals and objectives of the Americas Travel Strategy/Proposition.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to regional travel teams with complex requests including ticket issuing, reissuing, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
• Support Commercial and Finance teams by ensuring accurate booking data is stored in back‑office systems on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Drive supplier revenue results through utilization of relationships and/or contracts to achieve peak performance within Travel.

Qualifications:

• Degree level education or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of GDS experience booking Domestic & International Flights including Published and Net Fares;
  Amadeus preferred.

Knowledge and

Experience:

• Experience working with IATA, BSP and ARC.
• Well‑traveled with a good international understanding of different destinations.
• Excellent research skills.

• Flexibility to work weekends/early/late shifts; hours can vary from 4 AM – 10 PM local time.
