Job OverviewWe are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in‑office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Job Duties- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed for training purposes
- Provide customer service
- Manage sales reps’ schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
