Digital Designer; West Coast

Think Traffic is looking for a Digital Designer (West Coast) who combines creative thinking with strong design execution. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a solid understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories. This person thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively, and adapts their design approach based on feedback and project goals.

• Develop and design concepts for digital, social, motion, and print platforms
• Create logos, digital assets, animations, motion graphics, and social content
• Present design concepts to internal teams and incorporate feedback effectively
• Prepare materials and visuals for client presentations
• Maintain and organize design files and digital archives
• Collaborate closely with the Art Department and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
• Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies

• Associate degree (minimum) in Advertising, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or related field;
  Bachelor’s preferred
• 1–2 years of professional experience in a design or agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Leverages AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway) to enhance creative ideation, image generation, and workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and motion/interactive design tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content design
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent visual composition, typography, and image editing skills
• Photography or video editing experience a plus
