UFC is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the continued evolution of our visual brand across digital, print, and experiential platforms. This role is ideal for a highly creative designer who is passionate about design, stays current with industry trends, and is motivated to contribute ideas as well as execution.
Designers at Zuffa work within a collaborative creative environment that values innovation, high standards, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, curiosity for emerging tools and technologies, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.
- Concept and design bold, original visual systems across digital, social, print, broadcast, and experiential platforms
- Use imagination and creativity to conceptualize compelling visual concepts as assigned for print, digital and broadcast deliverables.
- Explore and apply emerging design tools, workflows, and technologies (including AI‑assisted design, motion, 3D, and generative systems)
- Design with intention: balancing storytelling, brand consistency, speed, and innovation
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Motion Designers, and Creative Director
- Works in collaboration with other designers internally and externally.
- Stay actively informed on trends in design, technology, sports culture, and visual storytelling — and bring those insights back to the team
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-level execution
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
- Mastery of core design principles: typography, composition, color, hierarchy
- Comfort working within (and evolving) established brand systems
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing
- Ability to maintain discretion and protect confidential information
- Good organizational skills and relentless curiosity
- Professional, self‑starting, “get‑it‑done” attitude and work ethic
- Computer literate in a Mac environment
- Experience with motion, 3D, or generative design
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative tools and emerging workflows
- Ability to prototype ideas quickly (static, motion, or hybrid)
- Strong visual taste and cultural awareness
