Videographer

We are looking for a creative, trend‑savvy videographer who understands social media, personal branding, and storytelling to help build both my personal brand and our real estate brand (Plot Property Group). This is a part‑time role (8–10 hours per week of actual shooting + additional editing) that blends in‑office and in‑the‑field shooting, along with editing and content creation. You should be comfortable working with a founder personality, capturing authentic moments, and turning raw footage into engaging, scroll‑stopping content.

Ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience growing a creator’s platform and working inside a fast‑paced real estate company.

• Be available 8–10 hours per week for filming (in office + on job sites).
• Capture high‑quality video in real‑world environments (construction sites, properties, offices, meetings, etc.).
• Edit footage into engaging, social‑media‑style videos optimized for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts.
• Stay current with social media trends, audio formats, and best practices.
• Help shape and build both my personal brand and Plot Property Group’s brand through creative video.
• Collaborate on content ideas and offer creative suggestions.
• Deliver content in a timely manner after shoots.
• Maintain professionalism on job sites and with team members.

• Prior experience as a videographer, content creator, or social media editor.
• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Cap Cut, or similar).
• Experience creating short‑form social media content (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts).
• Understanding of trends, hooks, and storytelling.
• Comfortable filming in unpredictable environments (construction sites, homes, etc.).
• Must be based in Las Vegas and able to meet in person.
• Must provide references or examples of social media accounts you’ve worked on (links required).
• Bonus: experience in real estate, forward‑thinking, or creator content.

Compensation: $27 - $30 hourly
