Job Description
** Position Summary
** The Video Producer at Las Vegas Lights FC is responsible for executing extraordinary video content and campaigns for the club. This role will elevate the Lights brand by establishing a world-class video content presence on all club channels. The Video Producer will help build a bold and high-impact visual identity that amplifies the club’s vision, captures the energy of Las Vegas, and inspires fans.
This is a full-time, salaried position.
** Job Description
** Las Vegas Lights FC is seeking a passionate video producer & editor who is driven to create best-in-class content for social media, advertisements, marketing campaigns, and club initiatives. The successful candidate will have the ability to conceptualize striking video content that elevates the brand and execute head-turning stories about Las Vegas, the club, and partners. The Video Producer should be enthusiastic about soccer and building interest in the sport in Las Vegas.
This role will be responsible for generating novel ideas in the video space and executing them through dynamic shooting, editing, and motion graphics.
** Primary Responsibilities
*** Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over, media management, and archiving project media
* Work with Marketing, Social Media, Communications, and Partnership departments to script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects.
* Execute motion graphics to enhance game presentation (LEDs & other signage), broadcast advertisements, social media posts, paid ads, and more.
* Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects.
* Regularly generate video ideas for marketing campaigns, social media, jersey launches, cultural moments, and other club priorities.
* Establish, contribute, and adhere to a collaborative creative project calendar.
* Increase efficiency and productivity through operational integration, media management, and technical innovation.
* Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations.
* With support from the VP of Marketing, create and manage an annual budget for the Video Production department.
* Coordinate video content for match broadcast and in-game entertainment as necessary. Providing appropriate leads and tags for content when necessary.
* Select and hire additional crew as needed.
* Direct, train, supervise, and evaluate other video content and production staff.
* Continually push creative boundaries and innovate to uniquely communicate the club’s vision.
* Collaborate with social media and communications staff to conduct data analysis of social, website, & digital performance to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
* Lead the planning and execution of media day and jersey launch video shoots.
* Assist in maintaining a well-structured marketing campaign for each game and event.
* Fulfill marketing requirements in corporate sponsorship contracts, including on and off-site video content.
* Commit to attend all assigned Las Vegas Lights home games and selected community events to fulfill marketing and promotional initiatives.
* Foster a positive and engaging work environment for employees by promoting skill development, coaching for improvement and growth, and ensuring positive employee morale throughout Las Vegas Lights FC.
* Ensure all projects are completed by designated timelines and error-free in a fast-paced environment.
* Other duties as assigned.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar video production role.
* Expert knowledge of video equipment, including trends in camera gear and software.
* Competency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and similar software.
* Must be willing to travel, including on occasion internationally.
