Insomniac - EDC Las Vegas 2026 Seasonal Passport Team Member

Las Vegas, NV. Compensation: $16.50–$18.00 USD per hour. Position type:
Part‑time.

We are looking for a highly motivated self‑starter who embodies a passion for dance culture and a love of event operations. The Passport Team Member will engage with program members at various activations, providing information and creating excitement.

• Communicate enthusiastically about the Insomniac Passport program and its offerings.
• Use a laptop to cross‑reference spreadsheets and check‑in members on‑site.
• Provide general festival information (hours, stage names, artists, location of medical tent, ATM, water station, etc.).
• Assist in set‑up and strike of the Passport area(s) while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Be creative, flexible and willing to engage Headliners at all activations.

• Experience at large‑scale events exceeding 5,000 attendees.
• Proactive, creative thinker with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and works well in groups.

• Must tolerate loud noise and busy environments.
• May work in extreme temperatures.
• Must travel frequently to events during holidays, evenings, and weekends.
