Roofing Sales Representative - Estimator

A Step Above Inc. is seeking a dynamic full-time Roofing Sales Representative - Estimator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV!

The pay for this position is competitive (hourly + commission potential), based on experience.

You'll enjoy a dependable and structured work week, giving you the perfect balance to succeed both professionally and personally. You typically work from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement
• Experience with Accu Lynx or similar CRM platforms
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to get on roofs in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outside in inclement weather conditions and extreme temperatures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of roofing systems (tile, shingle, TPO, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

You will thrive as a crucial link between our customers and our production team, consistently driving new business. You are regularly out in the field to conduct residential and commercial roof inspections. Following your assessment, you will document roof conditions using Accu Lynx CRM to ensure everything is meticulously recorded. Using this data, you will then prepare accurate estimates and present comprehensive roofing solutions to clients.

A core part of your role is to educate customers on materials, warranties, and project details, building trust and confidence. You must diligently follow up with leads and close sales efficiently to meet your goals, and finally, you will coordinate project details with the production team to ensure a flawless installation.
