Forté Specialty Contractors is looking for our next Construction Laborer. This employee will report to one of our Superintendents, working directly on our job sites. Our construction laborer will complete various physical tasks at the direction of their supervisor, ensuring the project continues to move along at its expected pace. This position is based in Las Vegas, NV.

• Cleaning and preparing job sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Loading/unloading building materials to be used at our job sites.
• Building or taking apart bracing, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.
• When necessary, assist in digging trenches, back filling holes/pits, and assisting other team members in moving objects from one area to another.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis.
• Capable of being on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
• Experience with any MEPs is strongly preferred.
• Capable of following instructions and a drive to stay busy.
• Operational and/or experience in the construction industry preferred.
