You will work full-time
, starting bright and early each day. Your mornings will begin at 6:00 AM as you prepare the shop for operations and set the day in motion for our team. The role includes a blend of shop, field, and office activities, offering variety and challenge every day.

As a Roofing Field Coordinator - Quality Control Inspector, you will collect and organize critical daily and weekly documentation - such as time sheets, ladder and vehicle inspections, and safety meeting notes - and deliver them to the office as needed. Your day will take you out into the field, driving the company vehicle to active job sites. There, you will thoroughly inspect roof systems, communicate issues and solutions to homeowners, and document your findings with detailed reports and labeled photos for office staff.

As you interact with roof technicians, you'll verify the quality of their workmanship, uphold safety and company standards, and report any concerns or updates promptly. Throughout it all, you'll make sure company resources are used responsibly and that all policies are followed.

• Valid driver's license
• Basic understanding of roofing operations or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and manage early-morning responsibilities
• Professional communication skills for engaging with customers, field staff, and office personnel
