New opportunity with a major leader in EV charging infrastructure that’s expanding its Construction Management team and looking to hire a Construction Manager to oversee a high‑visibility site build in Las Vegas.

This is a full‑time, site‑based role where you’ll report directly to the Senior Construction Program Manager, acting as the on‑site technical authority for construction execution while supporting schedule control, QA/QC, safety oversight, and documentation across a complex EV charging development project.

• Act as the Owner’s Representative on‑site, directing day‑to‑day activities of the GC and subcontractors
• Oversee construction across heavy electrical and civil scopes, including utility coordination, trenching, foundations, paving, and transformer integration
• Manage canopy construction and modular building installation to ensure alignment with design and client standards
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and change orders while resolving field issues in real time
• Lead QA/QC and safety oversight to ensure all installations meet specifications and regulatory requirements
• Maintain project documentation and reporting through Procore
• Drive project controls including cost tracking, schedule updates (MS Project/Smartsheet), and risk management
• Provide weekly progress reporting and stakeholder communication
• Ensure full compliance with local permitting, utility requirements, and client standards throughout the build

• 8-10 years of construction management experience, ideally within EV infrastructure, utilities, industrial, or commercial sectors
• Strong background in electrical and civil construction, including utility coordination and site development
• Proven ability to manage GCs and subcontractors on fast‑paced, schedule‑driven projects
• Experience with QA/QC, safety oversight, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and/or Smartsheet
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including technical reporting and stakeholder coordination

• Rate: Competitive hourly rate + benefits
• Contract: 12‑month initial contract with strong potential for extension
