Role:
Construction Estimator – Large-Scale Commercial & Multifamily Projects

Location:
Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids and budgets simultaneously. You will play a key role in preconstruction, budgeting, and proposal development to support our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for all phases of construction, from conceptual through final bid.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to develop competitive proposals and budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering options.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of pricing, subcontractors, and historical project data.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably with a General Contractor.
• Experience with large-scale commercial and/or multifamily projects is required.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Proficiency in estimating software (such as Pro Est, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
