Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity

Cyti is seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Product Business Analyst to support product feature development, system enhancements, and cross‑platform integrations across multiple SaaS environments. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The successful candidate will gather requirements, clarify business objectives, and produce structured, high‑quality documentation that enables efficient product delivery and reduces execution risk. This is a hands‑on execution role suited for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working across business and technical domains.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Define user flows, business rules, validation logic, and system behaviors
• Document workflows, integrations, and system dependencies
• Support data field mapping and API documentation as required
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Partner with engineering teams to proactively resolve ambiguity prior to development
• Maintain organized and version-controlled documentation standards

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
• Demonstrated experience working with software development teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with SaaS or web‑based platforms
• Ability to operate independently and manage priorities effectively

• Experience in healthcare, operational systems, or service‑based platforms
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams
• Exposure to API integrations or technical documentation practices

• Part‑time contract engagement (approximately 20‑30 hours per week)
• Initial 3‑6 month term
• Potential contract‑to‑hire opportunity based on performance and organizational needs
