As an Environmental Services Supervisor at MGM Grand
, you will enhance the guest experience with your friendly smile and exceptional service. • Responsible for supervisory duties for team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees. Assists with scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
• Manages employee questions and guest concerns to ensure all department procedures, policies, and service standards are being adhered to during shift
• Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates: meet with employees as needed for training, coaching, and facilitating required compliance training
• Responsible for preparing end of shift report and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist with other administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment preferred
