Position: Director of Commercial Product Management (North America)
Empire Technological Group Limited dba Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add a Director of Commercial Product Management (North America) to our team! The Director of Commercial Product Management (North America) focuses on aligning product

development with operator and market needs in North America. This role complements existing product management by overseeing operator-facing product definition, configuration strategy, and lifecycle performance. The goal is to ensure products are designed with clear commercial intent and supported effectively throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define operator-facing product requirements and configuration strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Studios to translate market needs into actionable product inputs.
• Oversee product lifecycle planning, including post-launch optimization.
• Establish feedback loops from the field into product and studio planning.
• Support go-to-market readiness with clear product positioning and configuration guidance.
• Other duties as requested and /or assigned.

What Success Looks Like:

• Stronger alignment between product design and commercial performance.
• Fewer reactive changes after launch.
• Clear market intent and positioning for each product.

Skills:

• 8+ years of product management experience in gaming or adjacent industries.
• Strong understanding of North American casino operators and market dynamics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with development, sales, and marketing.
• Experience in regulated gaming environments preferred.
• MBA preferred or equivalent experience in product strategy, commercialization, or general management.
