We are a leading fire/water restoration company dedicated to helping individuals and families recover after fire damage. Our mission is to restore properties—and peace of mind—quickly, professionally, and compassionately. We’re seeking a skilled and empathetic Emergency Response Coordinator to join our growing team.
Position SummaryThe Emergency Response Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for property owners experiencing fire/water loss. This role combines sales, communication, and empathy—acting as a vital link between clients, insurance adjusters, and the restoration team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly under pressure, and can balance compassion with strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to emergency calls and arrive on-site quickly after fire department clearance.
- Meet with property owners to explain the fire/water restoration process with care and professionalism.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to determine the extent of fire/water and related damage.
- Communicate the value of our services, build trust, and secure project contracts.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the restoration process.
- Coordinate with restoration teams to ensure projects begin quickly and run efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and other referral partners.

Job Requirements- Proven sales experience
, preferably in restoration or related service industries. - Strong empathy and communication skills
, especially with customers in distress. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with fire and water damage restoration is a plus.
- Availability to respond to emergencies 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed during site assessments.
