Operations Analyst

Job Title: Associate Operations Analyst
Position Type: Contract
Location: Onsite - Las Vegas, NV (Beltway Complex, 7155 Lindell Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89118)
Pay Rate: $35/hr.

- $40/hr.

Job Description:
We're looking for an Associate Operations Analyst to support our electric operating districts. You'll help measure and improve work performance, assist with cost forecasting, and make sure operations run smoothly. This role works under moderate supervision and offers the chance to contribute to meaningful process improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Help develop methods to measure work performance across districts
• Coordinate with teams to make sure OMAG and CAPEX work gets done efficiently
• Track and improve the accuracy of cost forecasts
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Assist with Authorized Fund Expenditures (AFE) submissions
• Ensure data accuracy in work and asset management systems
• Suggest improvements to business processes
• Follow company policies and compliance rules

What We're Looking For:

• 0-20 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with multiple teams
• Familiarity with process improvement and cost tracking
• Ability to work onsite and take direction effectively
