Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to sales teams
- Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to meet evolving needs
- Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and address objections effectively
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong sales techniques and strategies
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure sales excellence
- We're looking for trailblazers with a minimum of 2+ years in a Sales Trainer/Coaching capacity (4+ years preferred)
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
