as a Project Administrator in our Program Management department! The Project Administrator is responsible for the overall coordination of various activities to ensure the successful completion of power delivery projects.
Responsibilities- Coordinates the daily activities of field personnel, including emergency and pre-arranged activities, providing crew support for construction, system restoration and scheduled maintenance. Provides accurate reporting of field activities, maintenance progress and construction progress.
- Coordinate and performs a variety of administrative functions in support of business unit. Ensures efficiency and adhere to relevant company policies and procedures. Some assignments may be nonroutine.
- Execute expense reports
- Meeting scheduling
- Meeting notes
- Enter purchase requisitions, execute change orders, process receipts
- Tracking execution dates – providing follow up on requests
- IT Tracking – Ordering and tracking for IT material including but not limited to laptops, iPads, phones and monitors
- Assisting with onboarding of new hires
- Bachelor’s degree; minimum of 2 years of experience OR Associates degree; minimum of 4 years of experience OR High school diploma; minimum of 6 years of experience
- Experience in Project coordination, expense reports, meeting scheduling and note taking, purchase requisitions, change orders
- Experience in project or construction support
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to manage and analyze large quantities of data
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Experience with subcontractor management and/or procurement, technical projects and/or field construction operations
- Experience with conflict management, risk management and change management

The expected compensation range for this position is based upon several factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, prior relevant work experience and work location.
