Recreation Services Supervisor - Mandalay Bay

As a Recreation Services Supervisor at Mandalay Bay, you will help lead the guest experience within one of Las Vegas’ most iconic and expansive pool destinations. In this role, you will set the tone for exceptional service through your welcoming presence, attentive leadership, and hands‑on support of the recreation services team. By understanding each guest’s unique story and needs, you will truly own their experience—creating WOW moments and lasting memories they will carry with them long after their stay—while ensuring smooth daily operations and a safe, enjoyable pool environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $20 Hourly

• Supervise the daily operations of the pool, including monitoring/meeting safety standards, service delivery, cleanliness, ambiance, work with supporting departments and meet maintenance needs
• Responsible for the hiring, coaching, issuing discipline, training, and accountability of all employees in the operation to include supporting departments
• Respond to and assist with incidents/accidents and involve security for support and completing applicable reporting; ensure departmental compliance regarding company, state/local and Health District polices, inventory control, loss prevention, Risk Management and security
• Ensure timely and professional resolution to guest and employee related challenges and/or concerns
• Participate in ongoing training, communicate company policies and objectives and support their implementation
• Ensure employee satisfaction through recognition, career development, and organizational teamwork to uphold positive morale
• Maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize revenue opportunities
• Implement and maintain Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and growth

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience required
• 1+ Years of prior relevant supervisory experience in pool operations or a similar environment preferred
• Previous lifeguard experience preferred
