This is a full-time, entry-level position located within Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or other operations facilities. Amazon seeks customer-focused individuals to lead teams of hourly employees across our operations network. The environment is fast-paced, requiring standing, walking, and on-the-floor communication.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating 50-100 associates
• Operating independently in an autonomous environment
• Working shifts up to 12 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Overseeing truck deliveries, handling packages, and operating PIT equipment
• Ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enrolled or graduated in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields

Compensation ranges from $63,600 to $109,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Benefits include medical, financial, and other perks. Applicants must have work authorization without sponsorship. Relocation benefits may be available.
