Proposal Manager

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a full‑time Proposal Manager dedicated to leading iLottery proposals.

• Handle end‑to‑end proposal development for iLottery opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, BAFOs, contract renewals, unsolicited proposals, and pre‑ and post‑presentation coordination, management, and support.
• Serve as primary proposal lead for i më, ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality of all deliverables.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter authorities from sales, business and customer development, product, operations, legal, finance, executive partners and more to gather inputs and align messaging in all customer‑facing proposal documentation.
• Drive proposal schedules, assignments, reviews
  54 and participant communications to meet deadlines.
• Write, edit, and refine technical and operational content, ensuring clear, accurate and compelling responses.
• Maintain proposal files, trackers and archives to ensure continuity across Networks multiple procurements.
• Contribute to process improvements, templates and standard methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the Business Proposals department.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, ideally in the lottery, gaming, government contracting or public sector procurement.
• Consistent track record handling large, complex RFPs with multiple interested parties.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across global teams.
• Proficiency in delo Office, SharePoint and proposal automation tools.

$103,861 – $192,886 per year

Our goal is to pay a market‑competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. Final offers will be based on experience, Consejo, skills, location and internal pay equity.
