Buyer - Food & Beverage

The Food & Beverage Buyer will support purchasing operations for food and beverage outlets. This role is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing food and beverage products while ensuring accuracy, cost control, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has strong F&B purchasing experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors.

• Procure food and beverage products in accordance with established purchasing standards and contracts
• Create, manage, and process purchase orders using Ariba
• Maintain accurate pricing, product data, and vendor information
• Analyze purchasing data using Excel to support cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with culinary, operations, and finance teams to support business needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and inventory controls

• Must have Prior Food & Beverage buying or purchasing experience
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba procurement system
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, reporting)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment

• Experience in large‑scale hospitality, hotel, or resort operations
• Familiarity with high‑volume food and beverage purchasing
