• Conduct comprehensive inspections of used vehicles using diagnostic tools and in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership guidelines.
• Perform maintenance and repair services on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension.
• Identify any mechanical issues or malfunctions and implement effective solutions to address them.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to determine the root cause of vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Ensure all repair work is documented accurately, including parts used and labor time, to maintain integrity and transparency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining vehicle conditions and repair recommendations to service advisors or customers as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technical advancements, and automotive technologies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, specifically with used vehicles.
• Certification from a recognized automotive technical program or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and automotive repair tools.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
