• Greet customers and provide outstanding service from check‑in to vehicle delivery.
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Communicate repair updates, timelines, and cost estimates clearly.
• Process repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build trust, loyalty, and long‑term customer relationships.

• Previous dealership Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Administrative and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
