Perform audits to ensure compliance with training, facility, repair procedures, and tool/equipment requirements

Document findings and develop improvement plans with collision centers

Deliver stand-up training on collision and safety-related curriculum (if applicable)

What is Required (Qualifications):

Experience in the collision center and/or mechanical service center industry

Technical automotive background or education

High level of accuracy in verbal and written communication

Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience delivering stand-up or onsite training

Knowledge of automotive collision, parts, and service operations
